A breakthrough in Japan' s peacefut constitution

日本和平宪法规定日本不保留军队,没有交战权。日本政府却通过一系列立法,建立起自卫队,参加联合国维和活动,并建立起战争体制,突破了和平宪法的限制,使日本成为军事大国。

According to the Japan's peaceful constitution,Japan can not retain armed forces, nor can it declare war. However,adopting a series of laws,Japanese government has formed the self-defence army,joined the UN peace-keeping actions and set up the fighting system, which have broken through the constitutional limit. Now Japan has been developing into a power country.
