摘要
本文从波动理论的观点出发,分析了内反射光谱的形成及其基本理论。通过对几种纺织品内反射光谱的测试介绍了测试光路和测试方法,并简单介绍了内反射光谱的其它用途。
The formation principles of Internal reflection Spectroscopy are analysed with wave-mechanism in the paper. ATR spectrum of textiles are measured; optical layout and measurements are reported. Finally, other applications of ATR are briefly introduced.
