对80具成人尸体脾的位置、毗邻、形状、大小和脾血管进行了观察测量。主要结果如下:1.脾的形状可分为三型:三角形(47.50％)、椭圆形(45.0％)和圆形(7.50％)。2.脾长为10.26±2.05cm,脾宽7.16±1.57cm,脾厚3.79±1.06cm。3.脾动脉末段外径为5.66±1.47mm;脾动脉末端距脾门21.7l±1.82mm。4.脾静脉起始段外径为8.74±1.84mm;起点距脾门17.50±1.56mm。

The position,relation,shape,size of the spleen and splenic vessels in 80 adult cadavers were observed and measured. The chief resalts are as follows:1, The splenic shape could be divied into three patterns:triangular shape (47.50 %), elliptical shape (45%), and round shape (7.50%). 2. The spleen is average 10.26±2.05cm long,7.16±1.57cm wide and 3.79±1.06cm thick.3.The average exteral diameter of the terminal part of the splenic artery is 5.66±1.47mm; the average distance between the terminal end of the splenic artery and the splenic hilus is 21.7±1.82mm. 4.The average exteral diameter of the beginning part of the splenic vein is 8.74±1.84mm; the average distance between the beginning end of the splenic vein and the splenic hilus is 17.50±1.56mm.
