摘要
在对仪器进行校准时,往往要知道非典型点的测量数据及其测量不确定度。本文简要介绍了测量不确定度的概念及田口方法的原理,着重叙述了在己知典型测量数据的基础上如何利用田口方法推断出参数的校准公式以及相应的测量不确定度,并通过实例验证了其正确性和可行性。
Measured data at non-typical points and measurement uncertainty are usuallyneeded for the calibration of electronic instrument. This paper introduces the con-cept of uncertainty of measurement and the principle of the Taguchi method withemphasis put on how to use Taguchi method to deduce calibration formula and re-lated measurement uncertainty on the basis of typical measured data. Experimentgiven here has proved that this method is viable.
