摘要 对40具成年尸体的肾动脉、肾静脉进行局部解剖观测。1支型肾动脉为85%。左、右肾动脉与其起点以下腹主动脉纵轴夹角分别平均为89.3°和68.9°。肾盂后方有血管支者占53.8%。95%的肾动脉起点部位在L_1~L_2之间平面。经股动脉作肾动脉模拟插管,发现其插管长度与身高间有直线相关关系,根据其回归方程可计算出插管长度。 Department of Anatomy The renal arteries and veins were studied anatomically in 40 adult corpses. The renal artery which only was one in every side was in 85%, and the branches of the renal vessels located behind the renal pelvis were in 53.8% of the specimens.In most cases, the commencements of the renal arteries were located in a plane of the first to second lumbar vertebrae. The catheterizations of renal arteries were made by Seldinger's method with a 7-French polyethylene catheter via femoral arteries in these cadavers, and catheterizing length of the renal arteries was measured. The data were analysed statistically, and it was a significance linear correlation in regression analysis between the length of the catheterization from the femoral artery to their origins of the renal arteries with body height.The catheterizational length may be computed according to their regression equations.
