斯氏狸殖吸虫在大鼠和家兔体内发育和所致病理变化的观察

Development of Pagumogonimus skrjabini (Chen) in Rat and Rabbit and athological Changes Caused by this Worm

本文初次报告斯氏狸殖吸虫可以在实验大鼠和家兔体内发育成熟,并可从大鼠粪便中排出虫卵,提示鼠粪可能成为该虫的保虫宿主。同时首次报告了斯氏狸殖吸虫在大鼠肝脏的异位成囊寄生,组织病理学观察发现肝内虫囊主要由肝内胆管扩张增生形成。文中并对该虫在大鼠和家兔肺部的病理变化、虫体的移行和寄居习性等进行了分析和讨论。

Pagumogonimus skrjabini (Chen) can develop to adult and sexually mature stage in rats and rabbits. Eggs were found in the droppings of rats. It was suggested that muceid animals may be the reservoir host of P. skrjabini in nature. The fluck was found encysted ectopically and developed to sexually mature stage in the liver of rat. Histopathological observations showed that the majority of the cyst wall was formed from the extension and hypertrophy of the bile ducts in the liver. The pathological changes in the lungs of rats and rabbits caused by this worm and the habit of parasitism and migration of the worm were discussed.
