ESR检测人发自由基对肺癌与肺结核判别的研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱技术检测肺癌、肺结核、肺其他良性病变共332例的人发自由基饱和功率(SP)特性,并与1000例正常人比较。结果:肺癌、肺结核与正常人的ESR-SP值中位数分别为1.621,2.467,2.496mw。95%下限分别为1.030,1.416,1.720mw。肺癌与肺结核和正常人ESR-SP值差异有显著性(P<0.05),提示人发ESR-SP检测可作为肺良恶病变判别的一项参考指标。 The saturation powers (SP) of the free radical (FR) of hair in 209 patients with primary lung cancer 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 4 patients with lung benign tumor and 19 patients with pulmonary inflammation were determined by using the technique of Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) and compared with that in 1000 controls. All patients with carcinoma or benign tumor were diagnosed by histological or cytological examination. Tuberculosis was diagnosed by X-ray plus positive result of sputum tubercle bacillus. The ESR-SP of hair was measured by JEOL JES-FE Ⅸ ESR spectrometer (Japan). It was found that the median values of ESR-SP in patients with cancer, tuberculosis and in controls were 1.681, 2.461 and 2.496 mw respectively and the values of 95% lower limits of ESR-SP were 1.030, 1.416 and 1.702 mw respectively. The differences of the values among the patients with cancer and the patients with tuberculosis and the controls were significant (P<0.05).
