摘要
应用乙酰胆碱酯酶组化定位法间接显示了锯匙叶体吸虫(Phyllodistomum serrispatula)的神经系统结构。它由位于食道前端腹侧的一对中枢神经节、由此向前发出的前腹、前背、前侧及前中四对前神经干,向后发出的后腹、后背及后侧三对后神经干,各纵行神经干间相互连接的横向神经联系及虫体前部背腹侧的单、双极神经细胞等组成。童虫的神经系统构造与成虫的基本相似。
The nervous system of Phyllodistomum serrispatula was studied with the localization method of acetylcholinesterase. Its nervous system comprises one pair of cerebral ganglia,four pairts of anterior nerves, three posterior nerves, many transverse connctives, and some nerve cells. The two cerebral ganglia at ventral side of the oesophagus are connected by a stout transverse commiscsure. The anterior nerves proceed cephalad forming the oral sucker nerve network. The postero-ventral nerves are the most prominent in all posterior longitudinal nerves. On their way, they branch to innervate the oesophagus, genital pore, gut, acetabulum, reproductive system, and excretory bladder. All the posterior longitudinal nerves are joined to each other by transverse connectives forming a compliceted network. The nervous system of the juveniles of P. serrispatula are very similar to that of adults. Only two types of nerve cells, monopolar and bipolar, have been observed.
