摘要
20只成年SD大鼠随机分为损毁组和对照组。两组动物在相同条件下先建立条件性回避反应,对照组只作头皮切开及颅骨钻孔术,损毁组用电损毁术多点破坏双侧背外侧面前额叶皮质。术后测试结果是:对照组动物的条件性回避反应与术前相同;损毁组动物术后反应迟钝,超过延迟通电时间进入安全区,表明条件性回避反应消退,动物模型已成功地建立。
The conditioned avoidance response had been successfully established under same condition in 20 adult Sprague-Dawley rats.The experimental animals were randomly divided into the lesioned group(n=10) and the sham control group(n=10).(1) The lesioned group: for establishing the models of abatment of conditioned avoidance response, multipoint lesions were made bilaterally in the dorsolateral aspect of the prefrontal cortex.(2) The sham control group: scalp incision and holeing were only made on the dorsolateral part of the cranium.The results are as follows: The conditioned avoidance response of the sham control group remains normal as before operation.The lesioned group shows sluggish response, getting into the security area over delayed time. All these points indicate that the animal models of abatment of conditioned avoidance response have been well-established.
