摘要
测量了三叉神经节及其感觉根和运动根,观测了Meckel腔的形成和毗邻,并从临床角度对所获结果进行了讨论。
The trigeminal ganglion, trigeminal cave, i. e. Meckel cave, and related structures were dissected in 20 sides of 10 adult cadavers. This research reconfirmed that the trigeminal cave was formed by evagination of the dura mater and lining arachnoid to surround the trigeminal root and posterior or proximal half of the trigeminal ganglion, and was an extension of the cerebral subarachnoid space filled with cerebrospinal fluid. Descriptively, the cave could be divided into upper and lower parts, above and below the root and ganglion, respectively. The depth of the cave, from the middle point of the trigeminal sensory root at the superior crest of the petrous portion of the temporal bone to the arachnoid attachment line on the middle part of the ganglion, averaged 14.50mm for the upper part and 15.34mm for the lower part. The mean length from the arachnoid attachment line to the radical of the mandibular nerve was 6.59 and 6.07mm for the upper and lower parts, separately. The mean length, width and thickness of the intracranial part of the mandibular nerve were 4.61,5.82 and 1.43mm,and were 15.26,10.05 and 1.57, and 6.68,6.29 and 1.11mm for the trigeminal ganglion and the part of the sensory root in Meckel cave, respectively.
