CDMA功放电路副谐波负载牵引特性与建模研究

摘要 为了从理论上解释副谐波负载牵引实验中的各种非线性现象 ,对一个 A类 MESFET功放进行了研究。通过研究副谐波牵引条件下的输出信号波形图和上下信道 IM3的差异图 ,并结合电路分析 ,讨论了实验中以往文献采用 Volterra级数法无法解释的非线性特性 ;并进一步分析了偏置条件和输入信号功率对副谐波牵引特性的影响。 In order to analyze the nonlinear characteristic presented in the subharmonic load pull experiment theoretically, a class A MESFET power amplifier is researched on in this paper. From the figure of output singal waveform and the figure of the difference of the two IM 3 , some nonlinear characteristics of the power amplifier are explained appropriately, which can not be analyzed by Volterra series method. The influence of the bias point and the input signal power on the subharmonic load pull is also analyzed in this paper.
