芦笋对小鼠细胞免疫机能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了芦笋原汁、芦笋多糖及芦笋皂甙提取物对C57小鼠细胞免疫机能的影响。结果表明,低剂量芦笋原汁在体外可促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖转化;口服芦笋原汁及其多糖、甙类提取物,在体内具有提高NK细胞和LAK细胞活性,增强小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖转化的作用,其芦笋甙类提取物的作用明显优于原汁和多糖。本研究提示,芦笋及其提取物对小鼠细胞免疫机能的增强作用,是芦笋及其提取物抗癌的重要机制之一。 Splenic lymphocytes from C57 B1/6 mice were prepared to study the effects of the gross extract of Asparagus officinalis L. and its two components from above extract, polyglucoside and saponin, on allelar immunity. After C57B1/6 splenocytes were incubated with the gross extract at doses of 3 and 30mg/ml for 3 days in vitro, ~3H-TdR incorporation assay showed that the rate of lymphocyte blastogenesis was increased obviously(Stimulate Index, SI, was 2.77, 1.74 respectively, compared to control). The gross extract of Asparagus and the polyglucoside and the saponin, respectively feeding daily for 10 days, can significantly increase the rate of lymphocyte blastogenesis, NK activity and LAK(lymphokine-activited killer) activity, in vio. As compared with control, the Sl of lymphocyte blastogenesis was respectively 1.32,1.98, 2.13 in gross extract, polyglucoside and saponin groups. All of three preparations can angment NK cell cytotoxicity at E: T(effector-to-target ratio)=100: 1, 50: 1, 25: 1, and LAK cell activity at E:T=40: 1,but the enhancement from preparation of saponin was the most effective. From above results, we can conclude that the Asparagus officinalis L. may improve the cellular immunity. The saponin and polyglucoside may be its effective components.The improvement of cellular immunity may play an important role in Asparagus officinalis L as a food to protect against cancer.
