摘要
我国啤酒行业内部三大啤酒集团的购并活动不仅具有典型性,而且显现出若干共性的经验和问题。概括这些特征、揭示存在的问题,并提出解决的办法,对我国啤酒产业的发展有积极意义。
Mergence of three beer groups in Chinese beer industry have not only characteristics, but also have a great number of common experiences and problems. It is actively significant to conduct these characteristics and the existing problems and to put forward solutions for the development of Chinese beer industry .
