摘要
本文讨论CO_2激光医疗设备中急需解决的指示光(He-Ne激光)和医疗光(CO_2激光)与FIT波导(红外金属软波导)的耦合问题,给出一种新型实用的耦合方法。 利用扇形喇叭耦合器和弯曲红外金属波导组成双光束耦合器,当一束CO_2激光和一束He-Ne激光同时输入到双光束耦合器中时,能在红外金属软波导终端输出混合光。偏振CO_2激光和非偏振He-Ne激光通过耦合器后的损耗分别为0.65和8.48dB/m。
A new type of practical coupling method, which is urgently needed in solving the medical treatment equipment of CO_2 laser, is given for coupling index laser(He-Ne laser)and medical treatment laser(CO_2 laser)into a FIT(flexible-infrared transmissive)waveguide. The two-beam coupler is composed of a uniform sector horn coupler and a curve IR metallic waveguide. When both CO_2 laser beam and He-Ne laser beam are simultaneously inputed into two-beam couple the mixing light of CO_2 laser and He-Ne laser can be obtained in the terminal of a FIT waveguide. The coupling losses for polarized CO_2 laser and unpolarized He-Ne laser are 0.65 dB/m and 8.48 dB/m respectively.
