摘要
在网络化制造模式下研究了CAPP系统的体系结构,并探讨了这一体系结构所涉及的基于’Web的浏览器/服务器处理技术、ASP/ADO技术、ActiveX控件技术等的具体应用。在此基础上,研究了实现该CAPP系统的关键技术,包括建立基于Internet的通用化零件信息输入机制、通用化派生式工艺设计方法和通用化创成式工艺设计方法等。最后,开发了相应的原型系统,即NME—CAPP系统,并通过实例对原型系统进行了实用性测试,证明系统运行可靠、方便。
The CAPP system architecture in networked manufacturing environment is researched. The applications of web-based browser/server technology, ASP/ADO technology and ActiveX controller technology, which are related to this system architecture, are studied. By these technologies, the key technologies of the CAPP system is investigated, including an Internet-based general mechanism for getting part information, a general variant process planning method and a general generated process planning method. Lastly, a corresponding prototype system is exploited, and examples are presented.
