摘要 火力发电机组低负荷运行阶段的给水自动调节一直是实现全程给水自动控制的一个难点。分析了某300MW发电机组的全程给水自动控制系统各个受控对象之间的相互影响作用,对原系统中汽包水位调节过程与给水泵出口压力调节相互耦合的问题,从解耦控制和重新构造调节系统的角度提出相应的解决措施,采用了新的控制策略,满足了机组运行的要求。 For a thermal power generating set,the automatic adjustment of water supply during operation under low load is always the bottleneck for the realization of full-scale water supply automatic control.By analysing the interaction among the objects under control in the full-scale water supply automatic control system for a300MW generating set,solutions are proposed as appropriate for the mutual coupling between the water level control in the steam section and the outlet pressure control of the water supply pump form the viewpoints of decoupling control and reconstruction of adjustment system,and new control strategy has been adopted to satisfy the operating requirements of the power generating set.
