关于HG-670/13.8-11型锅炉粉仓温度偏高问题的分析及采取的措施

摘要 锅炉左侧再热汽温偏低,采取以乙侧磨煤机运行为主,致使乙侧粉仓粉位长时间变动很小。因粉仓上大下小,粉仓中间的煤粉易流动和更新,而周边积存煤粉,当环境温度高和燃用高挥发分燃煤时,积存煤粉的氧化速度加快,在短时间内发热使乙侧粉仓温度升高。通过改变磨煤机运行方式,使粉位在最高和最低允许值之间经常大幅度变动,同时加强粉仓漏风治理,解决乙侧粉仓温度经常升高的问题。 For lower reheating steam temperature on the left side of the boiler,the operation of the coal grinder on side B caused little change in the powder level in the coal powder hopper on side B for a long period of time.The coal powder in the middle of the hopper is easy to flow while those around accumulate because the hopper is large on the top and small at the bottom.When the ambient temperature is high in summer an d highly volatile coal is burnt ,the oxidation process of coal powder accumulated is expedited,and the heat gen erated in a short period of time caused a temperature rise in the powder hopper on side B.The problem of frequent temperature rise in the powder hopper on side B was solved by changing the operating mode of the coal grinder to cause a frequent dra matic change betyween the maximum and minimum permissible powder levels,and the air leakage from the powder hopper is remedied also at the same time.
