大庆石化公司热电厂制粉系统运行方式的调整

Adjustment of powdering system's operating mode to achieve economic operation of boiler

针对大庆石化公司热电厂2号炉排烟温度偏高、运行方式不合理等问题,对2号炉制粉系统进行试验研究,提高了制粉系统的通风量和出力,找出了制粉系统的合理运行方式,提高了锅炉运行的经济性。

Experimental research was run with the powdering system of No.2boiler at Daqing Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant because of the higher exhaust temperature and irrational operating mode of No.2boiler,and the rational operating mode of the powdering system was established by increasing the draft and output of the powdering system thereby achieving the economic operation of the boiler.
