摘要
演示了利用一套光学元件对BBO光参量振荡器 (OPO)进行宽带调谐的结构 ,即双晶体走离补偿、双向非共线抽运。谐振腔中 90 %高耦合输出镜同时起到滤除抽运光和反向抽运的作用 ,无需更换腔片可实现信号光 0 4 3~ 0 6 3μm和闲频光 0 8~ 2 0 μm调谐输出 ,最高能量输出 4 1mJ,相应的转换效率 5 0 %。
Non-collinear cavity with dual-direction pumping geometry and high output coupling mirror are use in BBO OPO resonators to ensure continuously tunable without changing optics. Total output energy of 41 mJ and highest conversion efficiency of 50% have been attained with tuning range of 0.4-2.0 μm, which is pumped by a Nd:YAG laser with energy of 80 mJ at 355 nm.
