摘要
介绍了可编程控制器 (PLC)在电梯控制中位置检测的应用程序设计。利用旋转编码器将电梯的位移转化为脉冲数 ,PLC对此脉冲进行高速计数。通过自学习功能 ,在PLC的数据区产生一比较表格用来存储楼层间的脉冲数 ,再经过计算自动生成电梯楼层位置的有关数据。利用软件自动测量电梯的减速、楼层位置 ,可取消电梯硬件中的位置检测开关 ,简化了硬件线路 ,提高电梯运行的可靠性的方法。同时也为安装和维护带来了方便。
This paper presents a PLC software design method for position detecting in the elevator control. Utilizing revolving conder for transforming the position of elevator into pulse, pc takes high-speedy count of the pulse. Via self-learning, pc generates comparative tables in list range to store pulse of floor, and creates some correlative data of elevator's position via calculation. Deceleration of elevator and the local positon are auto-measured by software, so that switch of position detecting can be canceled. It can simply hardware and improved the security and reliability of the system, and is convenient to installation and maintenance.
