摘要
为了研究液压控制阀的动态特性,对从初始稳定流开始的液流通过节流孔的过渡过程进行了数值解析计算。对压力差分别为成倍增加、减少至零、反方向阶跃变化3种情况下的管内液流的过渡过程进行仿真,作出了流场随时间变化的流线图。用数值计算结果来研究流场结构及变量的变化。
As a fundamental consideration in hydraulic control valve dynamics, transient flow through a pipe orifice wasstudied by numerical analysis. The transient flow starts from an initial steady flow. Numerical calculations are performed forthree cases, where the pressure difference is doubled, reduced to zero or changed in the opposite direction respectively. Thestream lines for the time dependent calculation are shown. The numerical results are used to investigate the variations of flowstructure and fluid variables.
