低氧对复合培养的肺微血管内皮细胞生长的作用

摘要 研究低氧对复合培养的肺微血管内皮细胞(LMVEC)生长的作用。用低氧气体(3%O_2)处理复合培养的LMVEC细胞;流式细胞仪检测细胞的周期。在常氧或低氧条件下,LMVEC复合培养组G1期和S期细胞增多,G2/M期细胞显著减少(P<0.01,分别与单独培养组比较);低氧单独培养组G1期细胞显著减少,G2/M期细胞增多(p<0.01,与常氧单独培养组比较);低氧复合培养组G1期和DNA合成期(S期)细胞增多,G2/M期细胞减少(P<0.01,与常氧复合培养组比较)。可见,低氧能促进单独或复合培养的LMVEC的增殖,复合培养的LMVEC比单独培养组增殖降低。 Cocultured and homotypiced LMVEC was treated by hypoxia gas (3%O_2) and cell cycle was analysed with flowcytometry. Compared with homotypic group, the LMVEC at G1 and S Phase increased, but the cells at S + G2/M phase de-creased; Compared with homotypic group in normoxia condition, the LMVEC at G1 decreased, but the cells at S + G2/M phaseincreased; Compared with cocultured group, the LMVEC at G1 and S phase increased, but the cells at S + G2/M phase de-creased. It suggests that the PASMCs proliferation is enhanced by hypoxia in coultured group or homotypic group.
