摘要
1实验方法
材料为双相钛合金TC11(Ti-7Al-4Mo-3Zr).试样尺寸:直径11mm×10 mm,打磨至800号砂纸并用TG328A电光分析天平(精度:0.1 mg)称量,用千分尺测量尺寸(精度:0.01 mm).实验在箱式电阻炉中进行,试件放在装有特定渗氧介质的罐中.温度Tp(Tp<T0,T0是同素异构转变温度),罐冷.
The oxygen-permeation behaviors of TC11 on high temperature were studied by SEM, XRD, EPMA and micro-hardness tester. The scales are very thin and compact. Solid solution layer of oxygen in α phase is very deep. The micro-hard-ness of surface layer is enhanced. The permeation process is mainly dominated by the solubility of oxygen in alpha phase.
