摘要
在大型低速压气机实验台上,基于现有粒子图象测速(PIV)系统,发展适用于多级叶轮机械转子内非定常流场测量的三维PIV技术,对转子尖部的非定常复杂流动瞬态速度场进行细测量,研究其各种旋涡结构、生成演化机制、相互作用、湍流的形成机制、对损失的贡献及对失速的影响。为内流研究提供先进实验手段,并为数值模拟和湍流模型提供新的基本实验数据。
SPIV based on PIV was developed to measure the unsteady flow in the rotor tip region of multistage turbomachin-ery, and was successfully applied to a large-scale low-speed compressor facility. The instantaneous velocity distributions of sev-eral cross sections in the rotor tip region were measured at the design and near stall conditions. Different structures, generationand evolvement mechanism, interaction of vortex, formation mechanism of turbulence, and influence of them on loss and stallwere studied. It can also provide advanced experiment method for internal flow and provide new fundamental data for CFD andturbulence model.
