我国产品责任损害赔偿法律制度应该从人身损害赔偿、财产损害赔偿、精神损害赔偿、惩罚性损害赔偿等几个方面加以完善。从而强化国内产品责任,促使国内企业加强产品质量管理,预防出口产品高额赔偿引发的危机,提高企业产品国际市场的竞争能力。

In our country, the legal system of product liability reparation for damage that chiefly includes reparation for person damage, reparation for product liability damage, reparation for person spirit damage, vindictive reparation, etc. It should make further improvements. It embodies in equal protection to internal comsumers & the general huge reparation abroad, impels us to strengthen the management of product liability further, and then avoid the crisis caused by huge reparation of export commodities,improve the competitive power in the international market.
