Training Innovative Quality of Teachers

实施素质教育,必须重视教师的创新素质的培养,把培养和造就大批创新型教师摆在相当突出的位置上。教师创新素质的培养要营造创新氛围,构建创新教育模式,建立创新激励机制。教师本身要夯实创新基础,坚持创新实践。

Training and fostering large number of teachers whom process innovative quality are advantageous to the eonduction of quality-oriental education. To develop terehers’ innovative quality must be combined with new-type educational patterns, eneourging systenns as well as innovative environment.
