摘要
大连市的中小学校长培训工作,坚持与时俱进,不断创新,形成了多元化、重实效的培训模式,走出了校长培训的新路。其基本做法是:分层次立体培训、多规格全员培训、开放式联合培训、借助式委托培训、参与式挂职培训、专业化分岗培训、送教式校本培训、交流式论坛培训、发散式网络培训、经常性以会代训。
While training principals of Dalian middle scho ols and primary school s, we insisted keeping abreast of time and continued innovating and thus formed a diversified and effect-emphasized training pattern. The following are the basi c models: Training by classifying principals into different levels; providing mu lti-level all-staff training; training by cooperating with other colleges; train ing by internship; training by using specialized positions; providing training i n local schools; training by using forums, networks and meetings.
