摘要
文章提出了一种基于自组织理论与新经济地理学最新成果的城市与区域空间格局演变模型。在本模型中,城市与区域空间系统的集聚力量除了区位的因素外,主要来自于消费者对消费品多样化的偏好和生产企业对中间产品的多样化偏好。而分散力量完全来自于各种行为主体对有限土地的竞争。模拟的结果表明本模型能够较好地抓住单一中心城市和多中心城市在不同给定条件下的演化。并且本模型也能够体现出交通条件改善对于中心城市郊区化现象的影响。
This paper proposes an urban and regional spatial model based on Self-organization theory and the new production of New Economic Geography. In this model, the agglomeration forces of cities and regions come from the tastes for variety in consumer goods and intermediate-goods besides the local advantages. And the disperse forces come from the competitions of limited land among the agents in the spatial systems. The simulation result indicates that the model can capture the evolution features of monocentric and polycentric cities on different given conditions. And the model can also exhibition the effect of the changing of transport condition on decentralization of population and dispersal of economic activities from the central cities to the suburbs.
