摘要
在对湖南省高新技术产业开发区现状作出系统评价的基础上,提出了以增强技术创新能力、发展产业集群、强化园区发展环境建设等为主要内容的"二次创业"思路及相应的对策。
Based on the systemic evaluation of Hunan Hi-tech industrial development zone, it put forward the thoughtfulness of second career development and corresponding countermeasure which are focused on strengthening technology innovation ability, developing industrial cluster and intensifying zone environment development.
