摘要
在对一般商业区零售商业营业面积与交通条件的关系进行实证研究的基础上,从分析交通在零售商业微区位选择中的区域性宏观效应入手,揭示了零售商业微区位的支路线性延伸和据点辐射指向以及交通对商业街内部微细分异的影响,并据此提出了协调商业与交通的建议。
By researching the relationship of retail area and transportation factor in common commercial district, this paper analyzes the regional macro-effect of transportation on retail micro -location. It reveals that the retail micro-location has tendencies to linear extension and radiation from traffic station or crossroads and points out the influences of transportation on the differentiation in commercial streets. At last, it proposes some advice on how to coordinate the relationship between retail and transportation.
