摘要
用自蔓延 离心法制备了无压裂纹的玻璃基陶瓷内衬钢管。用Al CuO作为助燃剂 ,提高自蔓延燃烧温度和燃烧速度 ,并减少陶瓷中FeAl2 O4 的含量。SiO2 添加剂则有助于玻璃相的形成。分析了陶瓷压裂纹产生的原因 ,通过改进钢管安装方式避免了陶瓷压裂纹的形成。陶瓷层主要由α Al2 O3和基体玻璃相 (4SiO2 ·Al2 O3·2FeO)组成 ,孔隙率为 4 %。一些微小的树枝晶 (3Al2 O3·2SiO2 ·2FeO)存在于玻璃相中。
Glass based ceramic lined steel pipe without compression crack was made by a SHS centrifugal process. Al CuO acting as combustion supporting agent can increase combustion rate and combustion temperature, and decrease the FeAl 2O 4 content of ceramics. SiO 2 additive can conduce to formation of glass phase. The cause of compression crack formation in ceramic layer was analyzed. Compression crack can be avoided by using proper assemble mode of steel pipe. The porosity of glass based ceramic layer consisted of α Al 2O 3 and glass phase(4SiO 2·Al 2O 3·2FeO) is about 4%. There are microdendrites(3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2·2FeO) in some glass phases.
