摘要
本文以普通高校扩招为背景 ,透过民办高等教育宏观发展的现实 ,展示民办高等教育规模发展的特点 ,在高等教育国际比较的基础上 ,分析中国民办高等教育规模发展的潜力与趋势。
At the background of enrollment expansion of Chinese public higher education, look through the development of private higher education, the paper examines the characteristics of private higher education developing scale. From the international prospect, it reveals the development tendency of private higher education.
