摘要
为适应对外开放和经济全球化发展形势的需要 ,基础教育应适时地实施双语教育。双语教育既是两个语系相对独立又相互联系的教育系统。实施双语教育关键是建立合格的教师队伍、科学的课程体系。
It is imperative to implement bilingual education in basic education to meet the needs of opening to the outside world and the economical globalization trend. Bilingual education is an educational system with two relatively independent and interrelated languages. The key of implementing bilingual education is to set up qualified teacher resources, scientific curriculum system, suitable teaching models and powerful working mechanism.
