摘要
物业管理是具有巨大发展潜力的新兴行业之一,但该行业普遍存在着人才缺乏的问题。有效的企业培训是解决这一问题的主要途径。要获得良好的培训效果,实施培训质量控制系统是关键。质量控制系统包括培训需求分析、制定培训计划、选聘与组织教员、实施培训和培训评估等五个环节,各环节必须环环相扣,密切联系,才能达到有效控制培训质量的目的。
Estate management is one of the new industries with huge potentiality of development. However, the problem of lacking of talents widely exists. The way to solve this problem is implementing effective employee training program while the key to obtain the best effect of training is implementing training quality control. The quality-control-system consists of needs analysis, training program planning, employing and organizing trainer, the actual implementation of the training and the assessment of the training. It is important to closely link and integrate the five parts for effective training quality control.
