摘要
目的 :通过颅内动脉瘤DSA特征与CT显示蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)的分析 ,着重探讨颅内动脉瘤发生部位、形态及CT显示SAH量与临床的相关性。方法 :回顾性分析了 16 3例颅内动脉瘤脑血管造影表现和 6 3例SAHCT表现与临床资料 ,就其动脉瘤部位、形态及SAH量CT表现 ,以及临床表现进行综合分析。结果 :颅内动脉瘤部位、形态、大小及生长方向和出血量与临床表现有直接关系 ;CT表现与出血量明显有关 ,而与动脉瘤部位及形态无明显相关性。DSA或旋转DSA对动脉瘤检查显示更清晰、直观 ,特别结合CT ,对其诊断和治疗能提供可靠依据。结论 :颅内动脉瘤生长部位、形态、大小及SAH量与临床表现有一定相关性。但无明显特异性 ;CT表现与出血量有关 ,而与动脉瘤的来源无明显相关性。
Objective: After analysis of the feature of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the intracranial aneurysms and the CT showing in subarachoid space hemorrhage (SAH),emphasis is laid on the investigation of the correlation between the location,shape of intracranial aneurysms and CT showing SAH measurement with the clinical presentation. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the relationship between the position,shape and SAH measurement CT presentation of 163 patients cerebral aneurysms and 63 patients SAH CT presentation with their clinical manifestations. Results: The location,shape,size,growth and SAH measurement of cerebral aneurysms were related directly to their clinical symptoms;CT presentation with SAH measurement was obviously correlated,but the location and shape of cerebral aneurysms were not.DSA or rotation DSA for cerebral aneurysms are shown more clearly?and directly,especially when combined with CT.The diagnosis and therapy of cerebral aneurysms can supply reliable basis. Conclusion: The relationship between the location,shape,size and SAH measurement of intracranial aneurysms with the clinical presentations is not specific;the CT presentation with SAH measurement is corelated,but the origin of cerebral aneurysms is not.
