氯氮平、氯丙嗪和利培酮治疗精神分裂症脂类代谢的对照研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :探讨氯氮平、氯丙嗪、利培酮在治疗精神分裂症时脂类代谢状况。方法 :选择首次发病精神分裂症患者随机分为 3组 ,所有患者均单一服用上述的某一种抗精神病药物 ,实验周期为 8周。服药前及服药后的第 4和 8周末分别测定患者的空腹总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL C)和肝、肾功能等。数据行相应的统计学处理。结果 :氯氮平、氯丙嗪组治疗后TC ,TG和LDL C升高非常明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;利培酮组治疗后TC ,TG ,LDL C升高不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯氮平、氯丙嗪可导致脂类代谢异常。定期检查血脂是十分重要的。 Objective:To study blood lipids levels in schizophrenia patients treated with clozapine,chlorpromazine and resperidone.Methods:The first-episode of schizophrenia were randomly divided into 3 groups.All the patients took one of the three drugs.All test's time took 8 weeks.Before the treatment and at the end of the 4th and 8th weeks after the treatment,the patients were assessed the TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,liver function and kidney function.All the data we handled in statistics. Results :Blood TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C levels in clozapine and chlorpromazine groups were much higher than that before the treatment ( P <0.01).Blood TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C levels in risperdal group was not significantly changed after the treatment ( P >0.05). Conclusion :Clozapine and chlorpromazine may cause lipids abnormalities.It is important to examine the blood lipids periodically.
