摘要
学习贯彻十六大精神,实践"三个代表"重要思想,要落实到加快高校的改革和发展上来。要把发展作为学校的第一要务,树立发展的新观念,确定发展的新目标,提出发展的新思路,作出发展的新举措,抓住机遇、乘势而上,实现学校的跨越式发展。
We should put the action,which of learning and carrying out the spirits of 16 th NCCPC and fulfilling the important thoughts of 'three Represents',into the process of accelerating the reform and development of Qingdao University of Science and Technology.The development should be as the most important current task,while should set up the new concept of development,define the new aim of development,give the explanation of development,make new measures of development,and catch the opportunities to make great strides in development of university.
