摘要
目前国内旅游业存在许多诸如服务质量低劣、恶性价格战、旅游产品缺乏创新、旅游企业品牌形象模糊等方面的问题。要解决旅游业的问题,必须做好旅游业的服务创新与品牌建设工作。旅游业服务创新的新模式是由新的服务概念、与消费者的关系平台、服务创新的组织和服务创新的战略性问题这四大要素构成的系统。此外,要保持旅游企业的持续竞争力,还必须强化旅游业服务创新与品牌建设之间的联系。
There are many problems in the tourist industry,such as low quality of service,pernicious price war,lack of innovation in the way of product designed,etc.It might be done some things to resolve the problems,which are the service innovation and the building of brand of tourist industry.The model of service innovation is made up of four factors,which are the new concept of service,the platform of relations with customers, the organization of service innovation and the strategic problem of service innovation.
