On the Practical Analysis of the Non-Governmental Investment in China

通过对中国民间投资的实证分析 ,提出了与当前流行的对民间投资评价的不同观点 ,认为随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的建立 ,在国家宏观调控下把市场作为配置资源的基础性手段的投资体制在中国已经初步形成 ,无论从增长速度、投资规模、地区分布还是产业、行业布局来看 ,民间投资已经迅速成长起来 ,民间资本也将成为中国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分 ,成为重要的市场主体。

Through the practical analysis of the Non-Governmental Investment in China, the paper presents points of view on the non-government investment different from the currently prevailing ones. It considers that, with the establishment of China's socialist market economic system, the investment system, in which the market is used as a basic means to dispose resources under the state macro control, has been primarily formed in China. Whether with respect to growth speed, investment scale and regional distribution or with the industry and/or trade layout, non-governmental investment has rapidly grown up and will turn out to be an important component and significant market main body of China's socialist market economy.
