摘要 进入2l世纪,我国经济建设处于关键时期。政府不仅要面临国内的改革压力,而且更面临经济全球化、市场竞争激烈化的压力。在这种环境下,政府激励机制的重构尤显重要。国际之间的竞争在很大程度上是政府激励机制之间好与坏的竞争。基于此,剖析我国政府激励机制重构的必要性,提出了我国政府激励机制的新取向。 The beginning of the 21st century is the key period for Chinese economic construction. The government is confronted with pressures from not only reform requirements but also from economic globalization and market competitiveness. Under these circumstances, the restructuring of governmental incentive system is all the more important. International competition is, to a great extent, the competition between well-structured and not so well structured governmental incentive systems. Against such background, this paper deals with the necessity of restructuring Chinese governmental incentive system, and then presents some new orientations in the restructuring of Chinese governmental incentive system.
