摘要
宪政是民主宪法的完整展开 ,我国民主政治建设的主要形式就是发展社会主义宪政。小康社会具备了宪政运行所需的经济、政治、文化和社会等方面的基础性条件。改革和完善以党的领导和执政方式为内容要素的政党制度 ,优化宪法的自身构造 ,加强对权力的监督和制约以及坚持推行改革开放的国策 ,将能有力地推进宪政的全面发展。
constitutionalism means constitutional democracy. The key to develop a socialist democracy is to develop socialist constitutionalism with Chinese characteristics. A Well-off society has the conditions of economics, politics and culture which are essential to the full development of constitutionalism. It will help to promote the development of constitutionalism in China to reform and improve the party style of leadership and governance, to optimize the constitution itself, to tighten the restraint on and supervision over the use of power and to adhere to the reform and opening up policy.
