摘要
比较研究不同浓度的奥普尔、赤霉素对洋桔梗切花生产的影响,结果表明,500～600倍液的奥普尔或25～50mg/L赤霉素使植株高度增加10.1～16.1cm,茎粗增加0.2～0.6mm,花冠直径增大2.4～3.3cm,茎长60cm以上的切花比例达到63.1%～92.0%,明显地提高洋桔梗切花质量。
Comparative trials were carried out to investigate the effect of different concentration of Opal or GA 3 applied to Eustoma grandiflorum on its cut flower quality.The results showed that suit-able concentration of Opal or GA 3 could promote the growth of Eustoma grandiflorum and improve the quality of its cut flower.The flowers treated with Opal diluted to500～600times of water or25～50mg/L GA 3 were10.1～16.1cm higher than those in ck,and at the same time the stems and flowers were0.2～0.6mm and2.4～3.3cm larger,respectively.Also,the percentage of flowers with stems higher than60cm in these treatments were63.1%～92.0%more than that in ck.All these suggested that supplying suit-able concentration of Opal of GA 3 can impove the quality of Eustoma grandiflorum significantly.
