摘要
采用虚拟仪器 (VI)技术设计了农用旋转机械动平衡机测量系统 ,探讨了硬件和软件设计的核心技术 ,解决了现场可调和模块化设计、数据库管理及高速实时处理等综合问题 。
The authors designed a new measuring system of dynamically balancing instrument for agricultural rotating machines by the virtual instrument technology. The new development on dynamically balancing instrument design and the dynamically balancing method were introduced. To solve the problems of re adjusting on the spot, modularizing design and database management etc., the key technology for hardware and software designs were illustrated. Finally, the overall dynamically balancing process and the experimental results for dish centrifugal separator were shown. The application of virtual instrument technology makes the measure system simple and multifunctional.
