摘要
依据弹塑性断裂理论和实验分析对含裂纹轴校直中最危险的单边径向裂纹轴进行了研究 ,提出了单边径向裂纹轴校直行程可行域计算方法 。
Because of material, manufacturing process and heat treatment, the crack and defect on a part surface will influence a straightening technology, especially in straightening a shaft with key seating, and a heavy straightening stroke may result in a part fracture. In this paper, an evaluating means of straightening feasible field of a shaft with a single edged crack, which is the most dangerous case in straightening process, was developed based on the elastic plastic fractures of the part and experimental analysis. The upper critical can be computed according to the J Δ function, and the lower critical from the F Δ curve. The experimental results are excellent.
