摘要
利用保护生物学的基本观点和理论 ,从保护、研究和宣传教育 3个方面探讨动物园在动物迁地保护中的作用 ,并提出动物园动物种群建立的基本原则。
In the light of the basic concepts and theories of conservation biology, the role of zoo on the ex situ conservation of animal was explored from three aspects, namely protection, research and awareness building. The basic principles of establishment animal populations in a zoo were put forward.
