摘要
采用国际稻瘿蚊抗性鉴定方法和 6个鉴别品种 Leuang1 5 2 (含 Gm2 )、OB677(含 gm4)、IET2 91 1(含 Gm2 )、W1 2 63 (含 Gm1 )、Ptb2 1和 Muey Nawng62 M,对广西稻区代表点的稻瘿蚊田间种群生物型进行测定 ,结果表明广西有 2个不同的生物型 ,即中国 型和中国 型。其中 ,柳江、融安、临桂、宜州、环江、天峨、都安、平果、隆林、容县、富川等 1 1个代表点为中国 型 ;南宁、合浦、浦北、大新、象州、忻城、苍梧、德保、百色等 9个代表点为中国 型。并筛选出一批抗中国 型和中国 型的水稻品种和材料 ,可供推广和选育抗虫水稻品种利用。广东农科院选育的抗蚊品种抗蚊青占在广西多点试种 ,表现为抗性强、丰产性好、适应性广 ,在稻瘿蚊严重发生地区推广种植 ,能显著地控制稻瘿蚊的为害 ,获得良好的经济效益和生态效益。
International Rice Research Institute evaluating method on resistant of rice varieties to the rice gall midge (GM) and six differential varieties including Leuang 152(with gene Gm2), OB677 (with gene gm4), IET2911(with gene Gm2), W1263(with Gm1), Ptb21, Muey Nawng62M were applied to monitor the biotypes of the GM in Guangxi. Results of the study indicated that the dominant biotype of the GM collected from Liujiang, Rongan, Lingui, Yizhou, Huanjiang, Tiane, Duan, Pingguo, Longlin, Rongxian and Fu chuan belonged to China type Ⅱ, the dominant biotypes of the GM collected from Nanning, Hepu, Pubei, Daxin, Xiangzhou, Xincheng, Cangwu, Debao and Baise belonged to China type Ⅳ. Resistant of some rice varieties and accessions to China type Ⅱ and China type Ⅳ were screened. Some rice varieties and accessions could be spread and applied to culture resistant varieties. Results showed that resistant variety Kangwenqingzhan imported from Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences was highly resistant to GM and had high output in many locations in Guangxi, this variety could be spread in the locations where the GM seriously damaged.
