摘要
成龄苹果树果实采收期整株分析结果表明 ,单株总铁含量 491 5 .78mg,叶、果、根、枝干的铁含量分布为 1 1 65 .3 6mg、 3 0 0 .72 mg、 1 5 0 0 .3 8mg和 1 95 0 .43 mg,分别占单株总铁量的 2 3 .70 %、 6.1 2 %、3 0 .5 2 %和 3 9.66%。铁浓度以幼嫩根中最高 ,直径 <0 .5 cm根中达 2 5 7.5 1 mg/kg;其次为叶片 ,达 2 1 4.0 9mg/kg;果实中最低 ,为 1 8.2 7mg/kg。微量元素在叶中以铁浓度最高 ,在果实中以硼浓度最高 ,为 2 9.2 6mg/kg;大量元素在叶中以氮浓度最高达 1 83 0 0 mg/kg,在果实中以钾浓度最高 ,为 62 0 0 mg/kg。
The total iron content in mature apple trees was 4 915 78 mg during harvesting time The distribution of iron in leaves,fruits,roots and stem were 1 165 35 mg,300 72 mg,1 500 38 mg and 1 950 43 mg, accounting for 23 70%,6 12%,30 52% and 39 66% of total iron,respectively The iron concentration in young roots (diameter<0 5 cm) was the highest, reaching 257 51 mg/kg The second in leaves was 214 09 mg/kg The lowest in fruits was 18 27 mg/kg The most abundance of microelements in leaves and fruits were iron and boric element, respectively The concentration of boric in fruits was 29 26 mg/kg Among macroelements nitrogen and potassium were the highest in leaves and fruits, reaching 18 300 mg/kg and 6 200 mg/kg, respectively
