Studies on elimination of Brachionus plicatilis in culture of Moina mongolica by chemicalsⅢ. Elimination of Brachionus plicatilis using formaldehyde

在毒性试验的基础上,作者继续进行在蒙古裸腹MoinamongolicaDaday培养中用甲醛控制褶皱臂尾轮虫Brachionusplicatilis的试验。试验结果表明,甲醛不仅可控制褶皱臂尾轮虫的生长,还能降低总氨的浓度,而对溶氧和pH无直接影响。另外,还进行了温度、盐度和总氨对甲醛毒性影响的试验。

Elimination of Brachionus plicatilis was studied in Moina mongolica culture using formaldehyde based on toxicity tests. It was found that formaldehyde not only eliminated B. plicatilis, but also reduced concentration of total ammonia in the cultured medium, and that there was no significant effect of formaldehyde on dissolved oxygen levels and pH value.
