类番茄茄(Solanum lycopersicoides)抗病性鉴定

摘要 类番茄茄是茄属中番茄近缘野生种 ,对番茄遗传改良具有潜在价值。苗期接种鉴定和电镜病毒粒子检测。结果表明 ,类番茄茄高抗 CMV(重花叶株系 )、叶霉病 (1.2 .3小种 )和 TMV(1株系 ) ;同时 。 Solanum lycopersicoidesis a related wild species of tomato in the Solanum ,which possesses potential value for improving genetic resource of tomato.The results of inoculation test on Solanum lycopersicoides at the seedling stage by CMV?Cladosporium fulvum(Cf)?TMV and virus particle verification by electric microscope revealed that Solanum lycopersicoides had high resistance to CMV(strain severe mosaic leaf)?Cf(strain 1.2.3)and TMV (strainl).In addition,the author proposed some opinions about the existing problems on how to make use of high resistance materials in tomato production.
