摘要
试验用 4 0日龄 Wistar纯系雄性大鼠 90只 ,设定两种体锌状况 (缺锌和足锌 ) ,利用直接灌胃结合放射性同位素示踪技术 ,通过与氯化锌比较 ,研究了在正常生理条件下大鼠对氨基酸螯合锌 (以赖氨酸螯合锌和蛋氨酸螯合锌为代表 )的吸收和转运情况。结果表明 ,1缺锌大鼠对氨基酸螯合锌中锌的吸收、转运和利用优于氯化锌。2缺锌大鼠对不同锌源中锌的吸收、转运和利用程序高于体内锌营养状况良好的大鼠。 3体内锌营养关况良好的大鼠对氨基酸螯合锌的吸收、转运和利用优于氯化锌。 4利用直接灌胃结合放射性同位素示踪技术 ,可在一定程度上揭示氨基酸螯合锌中锌的吸收。
One trail was carried out to research zinc absorption,transport and utilization of zinc amino acid chelate(Zn Lys and Zn Met)by rats through comparing with ZnCl 2.Rats were fed two diets,purified diet based on isolated soybean protein and cornstarch and glucose (Zn content 2 mg·kg -1 ),and purified diet adds 30 mg·kg -1 zinc.The technique of directly perfusing stomach combined with radioactive isotope tracing was used in this study.The results indicated that:①Comparing with ZnCl 2,zinc depleted rats could more easily absorb,transport and utilize zinc in zinc amino acid chelate.②Zinc absorption,transport and utilization from different zinc sources by the rats with poor zinc status was more than the rats with normal zinc status.③Zinc absorption,transport and utilization of zinc amino acid chelate by rats,which were in well zinc status,were better than that of ZnCl 2.④The technique of directly perfusing stomach combined with radioactive isotope tracing was an appropriate method to study zinc absorption,transport and utilization by animals.$$$$
